VIVID BUCKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vivid Bucks can be used to enter contests. They have no cash value but may result in real money payouts if they are used in a real-money contest that results in user winnings. Vivid Bucks may be awarded in connection with promotions and competitions. We do the best we can to make it rain.
Vivid Bucks typically expire 30 days after receipt (or other period noted in a specific promotion). Vivid Bucks are non-transferrable. They look like this in the app:
FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For new users only. A user’s first cash deposit qualifies the user to receive up to 100 Vivid Bucks as a deposit bonus. The bonus amount is a one-Vivid-Buck-to-one-dollar match, not to exceed 100 Vivid Bucks. From time to time, Vivid Picks may increase the bonus amount for eligible new users, subject to the terms and conditions of a specific promotional offer.
For example, a user with a first-time deposit of $45 will qualify to earn 45 Vivid Bucks. 1 Vivid Buck of the bonus will be released into the user’s account for every $1 the user enters into a contest. For example, if a user plays through $45 of their initial deposit, 45 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a deposit bonus, but if the user only plays through $25 of their initial $45 deposit, only 25 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a deposit bonus. The initial deposit may be played through in a single contest or multiple contests.
Vivid Bucks may be reclaimed if they go unused for a period of more than 30 days. Vivid Bucks are non-transferrable.
REDEPOSIT BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From time to time, Vivid Picks may offer a redeposit bonus to existing users, subject to the terms and conditions of a specific promotional offer. Eligible existing users who make a cash deposit during the promotion period will receive up to the number of Vivid Bucks specified in the promotion as a redeposit bonus. The bonus amount is a one-Vivid-Buck-to-one-dollar match, not to exceed the number of Vivid Bucks specified in the promotion. One Vivid Buck will be released for each dollar deposited. If a user makes more than one redeposit during the promotion period, the bonus amount will match the user’s first redeposit amount.
For example, if the promotion specifies a redeposit bonus of up to 500 Vivid Bucks, a user who redeposits $250 during the promotion period will qualify to earn up to 250 Vivid Bucks. 1 Vivid Buck of the bonus will be released into the user’s account for every $1 the user enters into a contest.For example, if a user plays through $250 of their redeposit, 250 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a redeposit bonus, but if the user only plays through $75 of their initial $250 redeposit, only 75 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a deposit bonus. The redeposit maybe played through in a single contest or multiple contests.
Vivid Bucks may be reclaimed if they go unused for a period of more than 30 days. Vivid Bucks are non-transferrable.
SECURED PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From time to time, Vivid Picks may offer Secured Play promotions to new users. New users who make their first real money contest entry after depositing will receive Vivid Bucks for use on future Vivid Picks contest entries equal to the amount of their first real money contest entry, up to amount specified in the promotional offer, if the user gets fewer than 100%of picks correct (the “Promotion Bonus”). Partially correct entries (one or more picks correct) will receive partial payout in the form of Vivid Bucks in addition to the Promotion Bonus. The user will not receive any Promotion Bonus for winning entries (100% of picks correct) or for pushed/cancelled entries.
Secured Plays may also be offered to existing users from time to time. Secured Plays are Vivid Bucks that may be used on future VividPicks contest entries within 30 days of unlocking the Secured Play.
WHAMMY WEDNESDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
On each “Whammy Wednesday” during the promo period, users will receive 5 Vivid Bucks for every home run hit by an MLB player during a Wednesday MLB game in their cash entries of $5.00 or more, up to 25 Vivid Bucks per Whammy Wednesday. Cash entries must be at least $5.00 to be eligible for this promotion. MLB games that do not take place on Wednesdays are not eligible for this promotion; however, cash entries of at least $5.00 that include any MLB player in a game taking place on Whammy Wednesday are eligible regardless of the day of the week they are submitted.
Vivid Bucks may be reclaimed if they go unused for a period of more than 30 days. Vivid Bucks are non-transferrable.
REFERRAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Current Vivid Picks users may refer new users to make a first-time deposit in the Vivid Picks app. Earn 50 Vivid Bucks each time a friend you refer makes a deposit of at least $10 and plays in at least one (1) paid contest. From time to time, Vivid Picks may increase the bonus amount, subject to the terms and conditions of a specific promotional offer. If Vivid Picks determines, in its sole discretion, that a referrer is attempting to abuse or defraud this referral program, Vivid Picks may withhold the referral bonus from a referrer.
FREE SQUARE PROMOS – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Square (also called a discounted prop) is an altered projection that is almost guaranteed to hit. Square/discounted prop must be combined with at least 1 other selection within the same contest. Vivid Picks does not guarantee a favorable outcome on any Square/discounted prop.
